ASIA PACIFIC BUSINESS & INDUSTRIAL SYSTEMS, INC. is a 100% Filipino-owned Company. The Securities and Exchange Commission duly approved its Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws on March 26, 1986. The authorized capital stock of the Company is 50 Million Pesos with a paid-up capital of 10.5 Million Pesos.

Asia Pacific Systems office and warehouse are located at 549 Vergel Street, Pasay City, Metro Manila. A modest general job shop fabrication and repair facility is maintained at the Pasay premises to support service, maintenance, and installation activities. A chemical laboratory is operating in the same premises to support testing and technical activities for its line of water and wastewater treatment chemicals.
Asia Pacific's major banks are the Philippine National Bank (PNB) Makati Avenue Branch, Metropolitan Bank & Trust Co. Tramo-Pasay Branch, Bank of Philippine Island Atrium Makati Avenue Branch and Malaysian Bank (May Bank) Edsa Pasay Branch Asia Pacific Business & Industrial Systems, Inc. is a member of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce & Industry (PCCI) and the Pollution Control Association of the Philippines, Inc. (PCAPI).

Our key personnel are:
Luis Katigbak, the President of the Company, is a businessman in the agribusiness field and veterinary drug industry. Mr. Katigbak has over three decades of extensive and solid experience in business management, including that of being the Senior Assistant Vice President of the Veterinary Division of the Metro Drug Corporation.
Ramon D. Escueta handles the day to day management. Mr. Escueta with an educational background in electrical engineering and business administration has been involved in the electrical, electronics and machinery industry since 1967. Serving under both local and multinational companies, Mr. Escueta has both domestic and international experience particularly in Southeast and South Asian countries.
Roman D. Escueta, Jr. handles the sales management of both Communications & Electronics and Environmental Systems Departments. He has extensive sales and marketing experience for twenty-five years with a Japanese multinational company which markets office automation products.
Technical Support personnel of the Communications & Electronics and Special Projects Departments have over twelve years experience in the broadcast, technical communications, construction and civil works fields, in service, installation, commissioning, constructing, etc. They are also in-charge of the technical activities in the field and project job site.
Some high level expertise required by specific projects are provided by regular consultants while other technicians, electricians, welders, fitters, masons and carpenters required are on contractual basis.
